I ordered 2 untoasted bagels with cream cheese so that I could toast them when they arrived. I've only ever had bagels with cream cheese delivered with cream cheese on the side, so this was a waste of money. They need to specify that the cream cheese is not on the side.
I tried to salvage one (pumpernickel with plain cream cheese). It didn't taste bad, but it wasn't amazing. Idk why they cut it into 4ths. And half of my bagel was way too thin.
I'd give this place a try if in-person, but maybe not for delivery. Unless you get a bagel sandwich. The one I got last week was fine, but not amazing.
The iced coffee is adequate. I don't like black coffee, so I added Torani syrup and oat milk at home.

We LOVE Brueggars bagels...but this weeks dozen were a huge disappointment. Texture of the bagels was odd - maybe they forgot to boil them before baking? And order was missing the 2 plain cream cheese we ordered.

Expensive. Small bagels. No way to give "special instructions" (aversions, allergies, etc.). No cream or sugar sent with coffee. Place kinda blows.

The bagel was good. But the Chocolate Chip Cookie was so hard and burnt, wasn't chewy at all. I was very disappointed.

Half of the hash brown was stuck to the wrapper and when I peeled the wrapper off I lost a lot of the hash brown. Didn't taste that great anyway though. Didn't receive one of my bagels w/ cream cheese but the rest of the order looks good.
