all of the bagels were dry and seemed more than day old, and there was barely any cream cheese to offset how dry they were. one of the sandwiches had no cream cheese and the ingredients were 90% on one of the halves. terrible experience from a place I've ordered from more than a few times, won't be doing so again

I only got one egg and the bagel was burned. The lettuce on the herby turkey was wilted, looked old. Very disappointed.

I ordered from here for the first time today, and I will now be a regular. Absolutely amazing! The iced coffee is ever so slightly sweetened, so it wasn't bitter at all even without any creamer. And the bagel... omg the bagel. I got this incredible, magical sandwich - but I promise you the best part was the bagel itself! I literally can't wait to order again & try everything! 10/10 would recommend!!

the food from Bruegger's used to have a lot of flavor and the assiago bagle used to have more than just a few burnt strads of cheese on it. my Egg, Sausage & Cheese sandwich was so bland I couldn't even taste the egg, sausage, or cheese. the food is no longer worth the price, and I likely woul not order from them again.

Brueggers still has the best bagels and cream cheese! The desserts are great too! When they realized that they didn't have two muffins, they made an acceptable substitution and left a little note to explain the situation. The note was charming and a very nice touch!
