we LOVE Bruegger's! we all know the big "bakery" store (starts with a P) that sells bagel sandwichs. their sandwiches are good. no hate for them. we eat there also. But Bruegger's is just so much better. just a better quality, better selection, better everything. family was in, so we ordered several sandwiches. everything was great. the Farmhouse. Vermonter , Egg, Sausage & Cheese, Egg, Ham & Cheese were delicious! not a bad sandwich in the bunch. everyone was very, very happy. they also loved the Twice Baked Hashbrown (really, really good) and the Single Bagel with Cream Cheese. everything was well packed, hot and delicious.

Doesn't taste like the Twice Baked Hashbrown I bought from the Cleveland heights location. These had more of a mashed potato texture & lacked salt. Not gonna complain about how many you get for the price because I like them.

Hot Tea was amazing but Egg, Peppered Bacon & Cheese was extremely bland and dry. Food was hot and fresh, but eggs weren't good. Nicely sized bagel. Can't say I get the same one again but I open to trying something else from here.

Herby Turkey came on plain bagel,I paid extra for Asiago/Parmesan bagel, single bagel was barely toasted and barely had cream cheese, I paid for 2 hashbrowns and only received 1 that was cold in the middle. I normally love this place but this experience was very disappointing
