I'm obsessed with this place and honestly I don't even know why 😂 I do like the breakfast wraps and the Spanish lattes.

This place lost a devoted customer today. I've ordered this exact same dish 10+ times and I was so shocked by the quality today that I literally called the restaurant out of concern. The Blackstone Benny itself was disappointing - soggy english muffin, flavourless mealy tomato, undercooked congealed bacon, and a VERY small egg on both.
The worst part was definitely the Colcannon, though. I was genuinely taken aback - it was claggy, starchy, crumbly, unseasoned. Had the consistency of poorly mixed pie crust dough that had been to dry out on the counter. I was certain it was at least a day or more old and had been microwaved, but I spoke to the kitchen manager Sara(h) who swore up and down she made it this morning, which is maybe even more concerning to be honest...?? She was also very defensive and snippy with me when I expressed my concerns.
I don't know what's going on, if maybe they had a staff or management turnover, but I won't be returning/reordering.

$40 for a dried out roast beef sandwich with dry bread. Not a usual French beef dip or anything like the picture. Sorry to say and I rarely ever review so I'm not doing it publically. Very disappointing imo. Onion rings were good though. I've heard some good things about Bruncheria. Maybe I'll try again but eating in the restaurant some time.

The Florentine Benny is absolutely delicious. I've never been let down. I am a lover of pulled pork and recently tried the pulled pork Benny was not as satisfied

Used to be my fave place to order but not sur whats happened over the last while.... ordered a few times and it wasnt the quality it used to be. Went in for the first time to have breakfast the other weekend and w waited almost two hours for breakfast while others who came after us ate and left lol. Gave my friend salad dressing for her eggs benedict....place has gone downhill
