Every thing was delicious my All American was cooked perfectly still warm when it got here only thing I'd change is placing my Mayo and tomato on bottom bun making it soggy but overall I'd order it again and look forward trying other items

Thn e chicken wrap was tomato and lettuce with 3 popcorn chicken for 13.00 come on pretzel knots were hard as a rock another 9.00  the chicken for my son were edible according to him but then again he is 11 anything chicken he will eat

I am requesting a full refund of this order

15 tiny wings for almost $25 and the burger tasted like plain cooked beef - no seasoning used at all.

A litte drier than I anicipated, but that could be due to delivery time. I'm sure eating them fresh out of the kitchen would be better. The Boneless Wings still get 4 stars because they are much meatier than other boneless wings from similar restaurants. I probably would not get the Nashville Hot again. This flavor was was more peppery and not really hot, rather more of a dry flavor.

The chicken wings had sat in the 'holder drawer' long past time allowed. They were refried to heat them. Then spun in the sauce. The outcome was very dried tough edges & very little meat in the bone in chicken wings. How do I know this? I'm a former fryer / line cook at Buffalo Wild Wings in Hayward, CA. This is totally against the standards of BWW. I would go as far as to say that the wings being used at Monroeville location are not even BWW brand of wings. Original BWW wings are huge, meaty & oh so juicy & tender sealed by a fabulous light airy crisp. Do not order from this location.
