The staff was very friendly, no complaints on them whatsoever. I waited 30 min past the estimated order time. Just to receive cold food. Also, I dont think 7 small onion rings are worth the 9 dollars that they charge. This supposedly improved pickup location experience is the same as the pickup experience at the full service restaurant, terrible. If you want good wings and service in this town go to Mr. B's. It's cheaper, faster, hotter, and better food then Buffalo Wild Wings.

I *neverrr* leave reviews, that's how you know it's bad. The wings were unbelievably DRY,
like whoever's task it was to put the sauce on obviously hates their job and is counting down the days until they quit. The fries had next to no seasoning, despite requesting season. For how expensive this is... the word 'disappointing' doesn't even begin to describe this experience. 'Insulting' is more fitting actually. The only thing consistent about this place is how bad the quality is. Never again will I give this place my money because it always goes this way and I'm fed up. Guess I'm a Wing Stop customer from now on.

Boneless Wings maybe just a dash more dry rub on your wings, and if im still paying .99 cents for ranch or blue cheese, can i get atleast 2 to3 per 20 wing order instead of just 1.

Prob best I've ever had from Buffalo Wild Wings. Everything was hot and fresh like it was prepared just moments before it was picked up.
