The chicken sandwich was amazing and pretzel bites were beyond delicious

The food was awful. My Street Tacos were completely burned and black on the bottom. The Buffalo Ranch Chicken Wrap was a joke. Zero Buffalo sauce. And such a laughable small amount of French fries. I purchased a side of guacamole for $1.20 and it was the smallest thing ever. Do not waste your money. They forgot an order of wings and one of the kids meals. I ordered pepper free fries and didn't get that. I ordered chocolate milk and received white milk. This store is the least consistent restaurant we order from. I don't know why we keep trying.

I ordered the burger to NOT have pickles (there were a lot, the burger tasted like pickles after picking them all out). I also ordered the burger to NOT have mayo ( it soaked the bottom bun along with juice from the pickles and it was just mush). I also paid extra money for bacon on the same burger in question (there was NONE). Overall it was difficult to try to eat with keeping it together with no real bottom bun and the strong taste of pickles and mayo.
The wings included no wings, just drummies..
I am disappointed as we do enjoy the food here most of the time, and I don't always complain, but it seemed like the order was pretty carelessly done.

I haven't been to B dubs in a long time and what I got this time versus what I remember is nothing short of criminal. The boneless wings were less than half the chicken than I expected. The wings were almost all breading and that was as hard to chew as shoe leather. The shrinkflation is real here, friends. We paid the same amount for less than half the product and what was there was literally inedible. I used to be a frequent and loyal customer. I will never order from them again. Would I have actually been in the store I would have politely insisted that this item be refunded.

The sheer incompetence at this place is insane. We've ordered from here quite a bit and it's honestly more common for them to mess something up than to get it right - on one occasion they actually managed to place a single chicken tender in a large box when we ordered a 3-piece while also forgetting all sauces (which they charge extra for). Due to their convenient location we decided to give them one last chance recently and surprise surprise! Both sauces they sent were incorrect. Employees here fail at the simplest of tasks and the food really isn't even that good. Don't waste your time and money here.
