OMG! First let's talk about the time of delivery... quicker than I expected! Next, the dasher. He was so nice. Now for the meal.... THEE best burger I've ever had! Cooked to perfection... seasoned perfectly and just enough messy the way I like it. The fries were seasoned perfectly and cooked just right. The Coke had that bite to it you know how it gets you in the throat. I was in heaven! You did your thing Burger Fresh. I will be ordering with you from now on!

This place was great when it opened. Now, burgers arent fresh, I am guessing frozen patties. Theyre overcooked. The fries are undercooked. I mean, WAY under. Certainly not worth $16 for a sad patty and greasy potatoes.

This is the best burger place in the greater Cleveland area by far, this is coming from someone who eats about 25 burgers a week! I have only been to Brecksville locations, but it has always been great, price is fair for the food.

First time trying Burger Fresh! Had heard good things about the quality and taste of the food and it did NOT disappoint! We ordered the Shroom Burger Single and the Chicago Dog with a Small Fresh Fries. Everything was delicious! The fries are seriously great fries! Just be aware if you order the Chicago Dog, the relish is a sweet relish. Highly recommend, will eat there again!

They never fill the fries. $6 for a handful of fries. There's no number to call. This has happened multiple times.
