5 Pc. French Toast Sticks were HARD, the sausage in the Sausage, Egg & Cheese Croissan'wich Meal was hard. Even the tater tots were hard. I don't understand why everything was overcooked this morning. Such a disappointment and a waste of money.

This is my first time DoorDash from BK. It was not how I expected to be. Especially since this is my work break. My sweet tea tasted like something other than sweet tea. My fries were hard like they gave me fries that has already been cooked before. My nuggets was barely hot.

The chicken patty on the sandwich was extremely overcooked or old. So hard I couldn't bite into it, I wear braces and it almost broke them.

Chicken sandwich was old and recooked dry and hard as a a rock bun was really dark had be re toasted. I had to drive back to the store for a remake. Manager had an attitude said something smart and walked off brought my food out didn't apologize or invite me again. That store is really going down and needs new management
