I don't know what happened but this store has absolutely changed for the best!! before covid it was sometimes open and employees were drunk or high at night. now evertime I order its always right and everyone I have dealt with is absolutely professional and courteous! well done Ironwood BK!!

Order was ready and delivered very fast. Food was great, especially the Fiery Buffalo Royal Crispy Wrap which was absolutely on point with flavor and presentation!

ordered a Family Bundle and got two chicken sandwiches with our meal. everything else was good except for the chicken sandwiches. tasted spoiled or maybe even like fish. must have fried it in the same oil but it was definitely unsavory. spit out the only bit I took and threw the rest away.

Shocked at the quality this order. Last time I ordered it was gross. This time the quality was great (for fast food) and the food was very fresh.

Ordered a crispy bacon Swiss sandwich with no royal sauce, I confirmed this before I sent the order and I got one with no sauce bacon or Swiss, it also took over an hour for our order, I was really looking forward to this sandwich too, we haven't ordered from Burger King in awhile because things are usually messed up but thought we would give it another try
