Something is missing. Food had no flavor, and this comment is coming from a husband and wife team. It was like eating cardboard. The meat/pattie was extra thin. We love the commercial, and we had your food in the past. The bread was stale. NO freshness. Definitely food quality poor.

We did not get what we ordered. Our French toastis unedible (burnt & hard).
Hash browns hard.
Received a junior whopper with cheese and ketchup(not what I ordered, plus I don't do katchup.it wasin the receipt yet no one seemed to care to read). This is mediocrity. No pride in their work.

Every time I order from this location, something is wrong. The staff makes zero effort. Ordered a double whopper received a single with the tiniest tomato possible.

the bread was stale and hard.and the large fries was small. DO BETTer BurgerKing. Folks spends $50 we expect excelent service

The egg on my sandwich was a ripped portion of a full egg Double Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wichCheese was missing but looked like it had been on the sausage at one point and then removed as there were a couple chunks of hard cheese on the edge of sausge
Large Hash Browns were as expected
