Loved my experience with bk! My crispy bavon swiss came exactly as i asked and my cheesy tots and mozz fries were fresh! Delicious food.

The store forgot both my order of regular French fries, and the marinara sauce for the mozzarella fries. This means I was overcharged, because I paid for French fries (as part of a combo meal) *and* mozzarella fries (on their own), but only received the latter.

They were fast. The burger was def a little dry though. But the fries were hot and just the perfect amount of salt.

I dont know how they managed to make cheesy tots dry and gritty.....but the did. Same for the triple whopper..... great job

This place needs new managers to train there employees how to do there job forgetting things in people's orders isnt a one off its all thetime.
