This is the 2nd time I've ordered the family bundle & I've been very pleased with both the food & the value. The order was prepared exactly as I ordered it.

Peppercorn BLT Whopper® Jr. was just whopper jr, as was theMaple Bourbon BBQ Whopper® Jr. There was nothing added to it. Not what I ordered or paid for. The bun of the Whopper was the most stale piece bread I've ever been served. I stopped ordering from here a while ago when the quality started slipping. Lately I've been seeing howBK is back and better than ever...don't believe it.

Minimal training of employees who are being asked to work quickly means less time is spent on presentation or meticulous assembly of each order. I'm not surprised when my sandwich is assembled with missing ingredients, but should this be acceptable to the consumer?

I ordered a Hershey's pie. My bag was sealed up with my bundle deal, but I never received my Hershey's pie.

This is not the Impossible™ Maple Bourbon BBQ Whopper® with Bacon no bacon on it whatsoever, and the patty is charred, I spat it out
