• 25/11/23The food was hot, sealed properly for my protection and delivered quicky. I truly appreciate the care taken to ensure my food could not be tampered with. I highly recommend for future deliveries!

• 19/9/25the food was good (especially the Whopper Jr. Meal) , but that was the only bright side of the order. If you want your order fast as most people do late at night this is not the place. The Shake was not fresh at all, and it seems like the drinks were prepared before they started the rest of the order, meaning the shake was liquid and the ice in the drink was melted. I expected better of this order and while I understand it could be difficult late at night in between other orders and cleaning, I found it frustrating that I ordered ahead and it was accepted immediately but my dasher still had to wait at least 15 min.
I would order again during the day, but I would not recommend any time late at night.

• 1/8/24Fiery Mozzarella Fries extremely over cooked no longer resembled cheese just dry fried crumbs. Big Fish was good. Fiery Chicken Fries not spicy at all. Chicken Fries also overcooked and rubbery. one soda which was a sprite was was completely just soda water. not the best experience.

• 27/4/25Ive had the Big Fish before and it normally is really good but this time the bread was hard and almost burnt or stale, the fish was flat, burnt and hard and the condiments made the sandwich slimey

• 13/12/25Bacon King Meal, Bacon Double Cheeseburger Meal, 6 Pc. Chicken Nuggets King Jr. Meal were good but they are slow as molasses. Took an hour to get my food.
