my $9 Royal Crispy Chicken only had a chicken breast inside the buns, no toppings, no sauce, just bread and chicken breast. whoever te employee is who did that makes the restaurant look bad. I threw it away.

The maple bacon burger was very spicy. The hamburger was dry.
The quarter pounder with cheese with only ketchup and mayonnaise, never got the cheese on both of them.  never got the cookies I ordered.

My order was prepared incorrectly, and although the staff remade it, the second meal was also incorrect. I appreciate the attempt to resolve the issue, but I was disappointed that the order was not prepared correctly after two attempts.
