fries were cold, Grogu's Garlic Chicken Fries were cold and not cooked fresh,shake was good but wrong size, only good thing was the double whopper!!

Double Sausage, Egg, & Cheese Croissan'wich was saturated with grease, that I can handle, my main gripe is that I order for.2 people , 2 sandwiches ea and an order of hash browns ea, (although, they're not worth having) ,well i only got 1 order of hash browns? How do I get refunded for the order I didn't receive?
