• 16/7/23chicken 9 Pc. Chicken Fries were dry but whats new. missed the sauce. dry chicken fries ✔️, Italian BK Royal Crispy Chicken what makes it Italian is the mozzarella which was missing and one layer of minimal marinara. had to add my own mozzarella and marinara? what the point. I paid $8 for a $5 sandwich which is still wild. (I now know to take pics beforehand)

• 3/1/25Everything was dry, ocs was burnt in that dirty grease, but what's new. I thought I was ordering from the one on sky canyon, but unfortunately, it defaulted me to the one on N durango due to time of order, there's better options around.

• 21/6/25There was so much salt on both the chicken sandwiches and fries we couldn't finish it. The Original chicken sandwich is one of my favorite sandwiches and I love salt and even salt my fruit but this was sooooo salty we couldn't eat it and we were so disappointed :-(

• 3/2/26They made our food hot and fresh. Really Good this go around. I didn't get a picture. But I'll order again soon. Portion was good for what we asked for! Didn't see an option to add sauces outside of like a meal that causes you to dip so that should be fixed.
