Soda tasted just like seltzer water, fries had no salt and were stail, Grogu's Garlic Chicken Fries did not come with the dipping sauce, ordered 8 Imperial Cheddar Ranch Tots but only got 6, the sandwich was the only good thing.

Wooper Jr. burger was very thin and the tomato was small. Last time I got this it was delicious. Hopefully next time it will be better.

I was telling my 15 year old son how much I liked Burger King when I was his age as he never tried it before and I haven't had it since. Someone seems like they were just upset at work tonight- sandwiches carelessly put together, patties hardly on the buns, no lettuce, little mayo. No straws for drinks or napkins, sauces ordered missing. Food just shoved into bags with no thought. Very disappointed. Especially when I spent over $60.

The store manager is awful and constantly berated both her staff and customers, and leads to bad work habits and messed up orders. We're missing items and half the time, they items are wrong or a mess even if they're there. The BK on New Falls is massively better.

Last few times the burgers were pretty bad! Tomatoes hard as a rock, lettuce hardly existed and was completely wilted the one tiny piece there was on the burger and the meat was stone cold . It was tgeavsolute worse Whopper I ever had. I dont lice that far away -a few minutes-it's less. than4 miles away so it wasnt like it took too long to get here.-I wouldnt complain except it was always barely mediocre BUT TODAY'S ORDER WAS GREAT! NICE JOB! Maybe new management whatecerthe reason...the burgers were great & even my NO PICKLES was right THANK YOU ! Ive missed my Penndel BK for a few years now so glad this Oxford Valley BK is doing so much better than it had been! NICE JOB TODAY!
