The dasher had to call bc they didn't have an item we ordered, which was fine. But the BK employee was very rude & unfriendly to me and also to the Dasher, I could hear him over the phone. The replacement was made wrong even though I repeated it multiple times to the BK employee. Burger was made wrong and they forgot our pies.

My onion rings were super burnt and really hard. But I did hear that only two workers were working, so I hope things can get fixed.
