Onion Rings are always burnt and rock hard, chicken on sandwiches always rubbery and sandwiches always made sloppy

I haven't had Burger King in awhile and ordered. I got the croissant value meal and as always was awesome. The only issue i had was the French toast sticks were way over done. Extra crispy. However, overall the food was great!

buns on both sandwiches were hard and dry and I ordered large onion rings and only got half of my onion rings and my soda was flat

food was cold and when i got my tots i only had 3 in the box and i ordered a medium best thing i got was the orange juice if tht wouldnt of been seal probably mess tht up 2
