• 22/2/26Haven’t had BurgerFi in several years and now I remember why. The bun was stale and stiff, and the patty was thin, dry, and flavorless. It honestly tasted like a cheap Wendy’s junior bacon cheeseburger — except I paid nearly $25 for a basic combo. I upgraded $3.40 for the cry fry basket and got only 3 onion rings (over $1.10 per individual onion ring). Fries and the Oreo shake were decent, but overall not worth the price. Won’t order again.

• 28/2/24The Ultimate bacon cheesburger was supposedto have a lettuce bun which ipaid extra for but it was a measly piece on each side. And the fries were overcooked and tasted of old grease. Unsatisfactory experience this time.

• 14/10/25Food was soggy upon arrival and the seasoning in the fries was inconsistent: mostly in a pile in the middle of the fries. Burger was supposed to be wagu but it tasted like an ordinary burger. Not likely to order again.
