Fresh and hot. Bun on the side was warm and toasted. Chutney in side cup to prevent mess. Ordered with pink and came cooked perfectly!

Onion rings were overcooked, and onions inside were even crunchy. They went straight into the trash. Bacon on the burger was undercooked and limp. Totally disappointed in this meal!

my husband built his own burger, and he was happy with it. I ordered the VAMPIRE HUNTER. It was a mess! The sautéed onions were so greasy, causing the burger to drip grease excessively onto the plate. My fries were just as greasy and soggy. As a result, I threw most of the fries and the bun into the trash. I won't be back.

When you place an order, you would expect to get said items prepared the way they were ordered. We got 2 burgers, one "PINK" the other, "NO PINK". Burgers were prepared opposite of the request. "Just switch the meat..." except that one is smothered in sauces which would have been fantastic and the other was plain, the way it is preferred!
Additionally, I would have expected some type tamper protection other than 2 boxes in an unsealed bag, no offense to the driver, but can you really be sure? Extremely disappointing!
