Almost didn't order because of some negative reviews, since it looked amazing and tasted delicious I decided it's fair to post! The portions are big, it's a bit pricey but we'd order again. We got LA Galbi, spicy and regular bulgogi. The veggies were fresh.

The Rice in both bowls are overcooked! It's just clumps of rice stuck together. Shrimp appetizer arrived with the signature sauce spilled all over the shrimp and is inedible!

i thought my portion was gonna be bigger since i bought the normal portion, i usually do a kids but the portions look the exact same! i'm upset i thought i was going to get more since i paid more for the bigger portion

Dumpling were ice cold like they were premade and kept in the fridge. Bowl was adequate but lacked flavor and the chicken was tough

I have eaten at Burning Rice a couple dozen times at the restaurant and to go and I feel like the quality has really gone down, especially with the Bulgogi beef. It was very chewy and fatty and difficult to eat, and I was not able to finish it.
