Chips were stale. Not sure why you don't have the option to order a super burrito with a choice of all protein options like carnitas

They forgot multiple items. That happens, it sucks and is due to carelessness but it isn't the reason for the poor rating. Someone dumped way too much spice in the basic chicken burrito. I like spicy food and this was over the top, obviously a mistake but don't they taste their food before they serve it?
