Absolutely love Cafe Brown! The rolls are delicious, tasty and quite big. We've ordered both to-go and dine-in and the customer service is fantastic. I definitely favor the boba teas; you can choose your sugar level and they have oat milk for an alternative. 10/10

The Chicken Katsu Dup-bap is incorrectly advertised. There is no yellow radish, cucumber, mushroom, or spinach and the salad comes without dressing. It is basically chicken katsu. Not only does this dish cost more than others restaurants in the area, they give you HALF the chicken. What I had was good and fresh but not what was written. I cannot recommend it and I will not order here, again.

perfect yummy, just what my lil cold needed. Flavorful broth warmed my belly and yummy noodles couldn't stop eating. seasoned egg and pork were perfect blend for Tonkotsu Shrimp Tempura Ramen. The shrimp tempura perfect crunch light airy that they kept all separate so I put together when arrived and I can't wait to try the spicy next. Definitely recommend

Second time ordering from Cafe Brown (first time in person, second time on Door dash).
First time I ordered the Tonkatsu ramen. While the flavor was good and the pork was yummy, the broth has some weird granuals floating in it, makes me wonder if the broth is made from scratch or if they use some instant mix. Noodles were solidly clumped together, even letting them soak in the broth for awhile didn't help, had to use my chopsticks to pry it apart. Boba was good.
Second order from Doordash: ordered the Shoyu Ramen this time to avoid the granuals. Paid $4.50 for extra pork. Order arrived, open it up: no extra pork, only the standard 2 pieces the last one came with. The two pieces it came with were small and 99% fat, barely a stripe of meat. Pork belly IS naturally fatty, but this was nearly ALL fat. To be shorted what I ordered and then to have what I ordered be just okay was a disappointment. For almost $24 for a single bowl of soup, I expect better. Boba was good.
Will not be ordering again.

Cafe Brown is a lovely destination restaurant, meaning it is worth finding! The Mariners Roll (Smoked Salmon) is delicious; however, I've tried most of the menu, and it's all well-prepared and habit-inducing. The dining room is sweetly inviting, and to-go orders are prepared as if you are their guest. Make your way here. You will not be disappointed.
