We started with the Pad Thai which was absolutely phenomenal. The noodles were perfectly cooked—tender but never mushy—and the balance of sweet, savory, and tangy was spot on. The crushed peanuts added just the right amount of texture, and the squeeze of lime brought everything together beautifully.
The Thai Pad Kee Mao / Drunken Noodle (Pad Kee Mao) were bold and full of character. The wide rice noodles had a satisfying chew, and the dish packed a punch with its garlicky, chili-laced sauce. The fresh basil and vegetables added vibrancy, while the protein (we chose beef) was tender and flavorful.
The surprise favorite of the night was the Thai Cashew Nuts and the Crab Rangoons . It was a perfect harmony of textures—crisp vegetables, tender chicken, and crunchy cashews—all tossed in a savory, slightly sweet sauce that was anything but ordinary. Every bite felt well-balanced and deeply satisfying.

Surprised there was only one goi cuon. The dumplings were inedible and we tossed them after one bite. Pork was slightly over cooked. We love Cafe Chinois but will stick to entrees and will not order this again, especially since it cost as much as an entree.

ZERO FLAVOR. TIRED AS HELL AT ALL THESE RESTAURANTS UPCHARGING THE HELL OUT OF THEIR FOOD YET DOWNSIZING PORTIONS, QUALITY, AND TASTE! BASICALLY SPENT 60 dollars on SOME WHITE RICE AND A FEW PIECES OF CHICKEN PINEAPPLE CASHEWS AND LIKE -2 pieces of pepper!!!!!!! ZERO -FLAVOR. I WORK HARD AND SPEND MY MONEY TO HAVE TO COMPLETELY RE-SEASON FOOD. 9.00 for a damn rice wrapper WRAPPED AROUND 2 skinny slivers of MANGO AND RICE NOODLES. NOT GOING BACK. STOP TRYING TO MAKE A MEDIOCRE RESTAURANT SOMETHING LIKE A 5-star joint. DISAPPOINTED TO SAY THE LEAST !!!

Cafe Chinois is my favorite Aisian restaurant. The food is always consistently excellent and servings are plentiful. The curry dishes are so fresh and seasoned perfectly. Highly recommend eating in to enjoy fabulous atmosphere or ordering out with Door Dash.

Pho Bac was incredible, not a fan of the meatballs, like at all but the broth and the beef spectacular. The Thai Dumplings were one of those things that you bite and are like oh my god this is amazing.
