I try them all in Washington Township. This is by far the best I've ever had the chicken Caesar wrap with blackened chicken made me see stars it was that good. The fries were insane perfectly seasoned crispy and the cheese they use was phenomenal. I haven't had good food like this in a while. This is the only place I will order food from the portions were very generous. I'm grateful this is in my community

I can't say enough about the best Pizza steak I've ever had. Tasty steak and a sandwich put together beautifully. The Capo is also a winner. Tender chicken cutlets and big enough to feed two. Beef vegetable with Pastina is another tasty winner. This is the first time experiencing the Onion rings, the batter is nicely sweet and then you dip them in the flavorful aioli. Again, never a disappointment with Merlino's. Highly recommend them. South Philly taste east of the Delaware!!

Probably the best tasting g steak I've had in a while. Shaved Ribeye Steak sandwich was tender and flavorful. Also plentiful. The Sarcone roll was a winner too. French Fries were seasoned beautifully. Will surely order again.

The Jersey Devil is actually the perfect sandwich. The oil on it gives a nice kick, cutlet and eggplant are perfectly fried, and the mozzarella is fresh. It's my favorite sandwich. The Beef vegetable with Pastina is also amazing. The beef is so tender and the soup is so flavorful. The veggies are cooked thoroughly and taste great.

⭐ Cafe Merlino Review ⭐
Wanted a few apps while I watched the Mets game so I tried out Cafe Merlino recently and the food was solid all around. I ordered the arancini balls, onion rings, and the truffle wings.
The arancini balls were a standout — crispy on the outside, creamy inside, and had a nice touch of truffle flavor that really came through.
The onion rings were classic, crunchy, and satisfying. I didn't receive the pedals as advertised I got the regular onion rings but still solid
The truffle wings didn’t carry as much of that truffle flavor I was hoping for, but they were still delicious in their own right.
Only knock? The sauce containers. A couple came barely 1/3 full — sauce us up next time, LOL.
Overall, everything tasted great and came together as a satisfying meal. I’m a big truffle fan, so I especially appreciated that note in the arancini. I’d definitely order from here again.
Final score: 8.3/10.
