I always get the Build Your Own Pasta Linguini Carbonara. It is an authentic Carbonara, not Alfredo sauce with ham tossed it. This restaurant is a true gem in Oviedo.

Items tasted like they were made with store bought sauce in a jar. Not a place we would recommend.
