if you order half-sized as we did consider them side salads at best: Nuts About Berries was fresh but mostly lettuce ; California Cobb was fresh with just adequate portions for the size.

Ordered the Power Bowl and it was exactly what I expected. It looked like the picture, the portions were perfect, everything was fresh, all the ingredients together was just the perfect combination and I will definitely order from here again!!!! FIRE meal!!! And it came with bread, butter and chocolate cover strawberry.....simply amazing!!! Great job Cafe Zupas!!!

The brisket sandwich was good, but the Wisconsin cauliflower soup was so thin it was like drinking cheese flavored water. The Chocolate Mousse Cake is always delicious, I just wish it was a little bigger for the price.

I had the CREATE YOUR OWN SALAD I ordered the large but do not feel that is what i got. I paid extra for other menu items yet it seems that I got a very small addition. I got 5 pieces of chicken 4 slices of strawberry. Hardly any cheese maybe 10 pieces of onion 6 slices of cucumber ..... for 17.23 I felt that it was ovepriced and i was highly disappointed. This was the third time ive experienced this.

I have been a customer for years. The quality of the food and portion sizes have steadily declined to the point that I am done. I ordered a salad, not a combo, just a $15+ salad and got a half filled container with condiments all included inside. My son's kids meal came with chicken that was clearly just defrosted from the freezer but not actually cooked. It was wet and cold. Heating it up didn't help. It was still inedible. My daughter asked why they are putting all of the condiments, drinks and silverware inside of the boxes now. I assume it's an attempt to distract you from the fact that they are now serving adult sandwiches with the same tiny bread they use for kids meals and have reduced all of their portion sizes. She said hers tasted good, but they are charging full prices for child size meals. This is unacceptable. Poor quality and ridiculous reductions in portions. I will be taking my business elsewhere. Adding non-food items into your containers didn't fool anyone. And food for thought: putting cold cans of soda in with semi-warm food is a guaranteed way to give us warm soda and cold food.
