Thank you for listening to customer complaints. The food was great today! The clam chowder is a wonderful addition to the menu and well worth a higher price....excellent quality....few potatoes, full of clams and a very flavorful broth....happy to see that it is from Rogers Fish Co. (Roger Berkowitz/original Legal Seafood owner). The Turkey and cheese multigrain was surprisingly real roast turkey breast and not processed deli meat....very good. The Cinnamon Kouign Amann was excellent as usual, as well as the Flat White and grapefruit juice.

First of all, if you love the Nero in the UK, stay far away from them in the USA. Also I called earlier today and asked if they could give me a sandwich that was IN STOCK but not on the door dash menu. They wouldn't accommodate me and had an attitude about it. It's a SANDWICH. You'd rather lose the sale?! They wouldn't answer the phone for any questions after the sandwich thing even though I was nice about it. Later on, it was on the menu, I ordered it. The sandwich was not only burned but had almost nothing on it, it looks like they played football with my cake and then put it in the bag, the latte was cold and forgettable. The soup was ok but I wouldn't ever give them my business again. Both Nero locations around here, the people working there are trash. What an embarrassment to Cafe Nero in the UK. I went every single day in Nottingham and London. Amazing. I should've known from the horrible customer service here it would suck.

The Italian Ciabatta sandwich did not include all ingredients. There were no fresh greens and there was an excess of the pickled peppers, causing a completely soggy sandwich. The first time I ordered this item it was great. The bread was crispy and other ingredients were in the correct proportions. It seems as thought these sandwiches are prepared in advance and then stored in the fridge.
The food preparation at this shop is hit or miss. I really wish that they would pay attention to customer complaints. After receiving cold soup several times, I will not order it again. The coffee and baked items are very good, especially the Cinnamon Kouign Amman.

Bacon breakfast roll was ice cold frozen, the grape cup was poor quality grapes with a huge layer of wax. Do NOT ORDER FROM THE DANVERS STORE. Poor customer service. Really disgusted and disappointed with this place. Stick to the BEVERLY location.

The lemonade had a top that was open and the drink spilled in the bag and was leaking all over me and the floor. The sandwich was actually good this time, not burnt or overcooked!! So 2 stars but need better delivery cups so nothing spills.
