Typical chain coffee. The Latte and Flat White were made as expected and arrived warm, with no spillage. Butter Croissant tasted fresh. Perugina Baci Dark Chocolate was a nice little add-on treat that you don't see at a lot of cafés. Would order again when I'm in need of a basic morning caffeine hit.

This Bailey's latte is absolutely delicious, and I love the Nutcracker cup. I also had a ham and cheese croissant, which I always love. I would include a photo but I ate it all already.

The Bacon Breakfast Roll was served on a stale and rock hard hamburger bun. Literally couldn't even eat the roll it was that hard. And at nearly $10 I'd expect something edible. won't order here again.

So I work with a number of "coffee snobs". Our usual coffee shop canceled our order twice so we were on the hunt for a replacement. Nothing passed my supervisor's standards. Caffe Nero kept popping up so I suggested it despite never having tried it. Supervisor loved their website. Then she read the menu. Definitely intrigued. Everything tasted amazing. Iced Strawberry Vanilla Matcha and Iced White Chocolate Mocha were favorites. the food was really great too. they have some interesting items on the menu you won't find elsewhere. Will definitely order again!
