Parktown Pizza Company at Bernal Ave, Pleasanton named CauliflowerCrust on Doordash Pleasanton has been my all time favorite Pizza place since lockdown (2020). The cauliflower crust here has a different taste than other places and is unmatched in flavor and quality. I love the garlic rich flavor of their garlic chicken pizza. I am glad there is one outlet close to my place that I can enjoy.

Please read the other reviews regarding size of pizza. Although great in flavor and tasty it just isn't worth the amount of money. $37+ and this pizza could feed two hungry people.
It's gonna be very hard to compete in this space with those prices and other local pizza options.

The pizzas are delicious, though the price is a bit much. This is a very rare treat for me because the size is small and not enough to cover 2 meals, but the crust is not soggy and the flavors are great.

BBQ Pineapple & Jalapeno (Cauliflower Crust) small... very small size of a parm cheese packet shown in photo... blaze pizza cauli crust gives you same for half the price

This was my first cauliflower crust pizza. As far as the crust goes, it was great. Pretty comparable to a regular thin crust, just a tiny bit more dense. I always order pepperoni when trying a new pizza place to compare apples to apples. This pepperoni was very spicy. If that's your jam, this is for you. If you (or your kiddos) don't love the lip burning sensation of spicy pepperoni, try another flavor. Also would have loved to know when I ordered how small the pizza is, but I didn't see how many inches in the description. It would definitely be considered a "small" by most standards.
Overall, I'd eat here again, I'd just skip the pepperoni.
