This is my new favorite restaurant in Richmond. I travel from NC and when I'm in town, it's Canastas Chicken for me. I've had the shrimp which I believe are prawns bc they are huge, pork chops, and cilantro chicken. They were all delicioso!!! Sorry al paca you have nothing on this place!

Amazing food quality lomo Saltado is delious fresh large portion definitely would recommend one of my got too the Empanadas (2) Baked pastry stuffed with chicken and cheese. always fresh stuffed to the brim

Whole Chicken only absolutely delicious with a nice char on the skin and plenty of sauce. The Lamb Chops (Carnero) were cooked perfectly and tender. Sensational Chicha Morada (Purple Corn & Pineapple) reminds me of sorrel but the purple corn gives it a unique flavor that I truly enjoyed for my first time! Definitely ordering two next time...10/10

Ok the portions are crazy the shrimp were big, juicy 1/4 chucked was seasoned perfectly and the steak was great an i ordered mine medium as it was perfect coocked!
