• 11/9/26This is my new favorite restaurant in Richmond. I travel from NC and when I'm in town, it's Canastas Chicken for me. I've had the shrimp which I believe are prawns bc they are huge, pork chops, and cilantro chicken. They were all delicioso!!! Sorry al paca you have nothing on this place!

• 8/8/26Whole Chicken only absolutely delicious with a nice char on the skin and plenty of sauce. The Lamb Chops (Carnero) were cooked perfectly and tender. Sensational Chicha Morada (Purple Corn & Pineapple) reminds me of sorrel but the purple corn gives it a unique flavor that I truly enjoyed for my first time! Definitely ordering two next time...10/10

• 12/3/25Ok the portions are crazy the shrimp were big, juicy 1/4 chucked was seasoned perfectly and the steak was great an i ordered mine medium as it was perfect coocked!
