Finally the best Baja fish tacos in Washington, FOUND THEM! I've been scouting for those all over but I had given up. I've eaten at cantina monarca many times before but never ordered the Baja taco because other places always disappoint so i didn't even bother. I usually get their Wagyu taco or their tongue taco which are both SUPERB, but today I really liked the picture of the Baja taco, I decided to try it and now I'll probably have this every day now. Everything at cantina monarca is chefs kiss but wow. Feels like home

I’ve generally enjoyed the food here, but today’s experience was incredibly disappointing. An item was missing from my order, and rather than taking responsibility, the staff told me to "contact DoorDash"—as if it wasn’t their issue. That level of dismissiveness is unacceptable. It’s your restaurant, and you should handle it professionally. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning and I can’t recommend it to others.
