Easily my favorite food truck. Tastes great and the portions are awesome. I like both the burgers and the tacos, and I'm always happy with how filling and delicious they are. I usually get a couple Capital Tacos for myself and Migas or Chef for my partner, who is vegetarian, and she loves them, too. Highly recommend!

The Migas Tacos are so good! Filled to the brim with eggs, cheese, tomatoes, chips and topped with an avocado 10/10
The Chips and Queso is worth every penny!!! The bag of chips is very generous and the queso is creamy packed either flavor and a touch of heat! 10/10

This is my first time leaving a review but everything was so good especially for the price. Chicken burger sauce was the right amount of spicy and not dry, the burger was huge! Fries and chips almost tasted homemade? In a good way. Will continue to order :)

Very friendly service and fresh made burgers. This is our 3rd time ordering here now and we love the Bacon Burger and classic burger and this time I went out on a limb and tried the Chipotle Chicken Burger. Very flavorful and made with love. I still like the burgers better, but all around everything has been amazing. We love Capitol Burgers better than any burger place nearby! Check them out you won't be disappointed.

Really great bacon burger. Took a little extra time but it was really good. Chili cheese fries were good too. I will be ordering again.
