It was quite a hefty sandwich. Certainly worth the price.
The naked fries were some of the best things I've ever had!
They also have good pickles here.

Their subs are the best. The turkey is fresh shaved not slimy lunchmeat. We usually get the turkey sub and it never disappoints. The naked fries are crispy and salty exactly what you want your fries to be.

As a transplant from Philly area, I am very disappointed by the lack of good Classic Cheesesteak out here but Capriotti's nails it. I really miss their flat fries. The "naked fries" are a poor substitute. The flat fries were amazing and worth the high prices. But for $26 you get a gigantic cheese steak that will take you two days to finish.

I am not exaggerating, the giant Chicken Bacon Ranch sandwich was the best sandwich I have had in my entire life. The chicken tasted like it was carefully slow roasted on a barbecue pit and hand pulled to tender perfection. The bacon had perfect crisp that held its form yet broke cleanly for the perfect bite. The bread not only tastes like it was baked moments before delivery, but carved out just enough to make space for the sandwich ingredients without feeling robbed of carbs. The condiments were beautifully speckled with an amount of salt and pepper that maximized taste without spiking blood pressure. The sandwich arrived doubled wrapped in thick food safe paper that prevents any possible mess or deformation of the sandwich and maximizes freshness. The size of the sandwich guarantees that no matter how hungry you are, you will feel fully satiated for many hours after. This was the sandwich from heaven, and it was obviously made by staff who put maximum effort into their work. As a truck driver, I have sampled sandwiches from restaurants in all 48 contingent states of the country. This is hands down the best I've had.

For a Cheesesteak that costs near $30, it's pretty underwhelming. Very Bland, tastes like plain meat and cheese. You can definitely get a better tasting meal from other local shops at a much better price (at least if you want a cheesesteak). The Coleslaw was just as bland as well. It says a lot when the Pepsi was the best part of the meal.
