WOW! I am so happy we tried Capriotto's. the subs were huge. I ordered an extra meatball but definitely did not need to. the meatballs are light, juicy and so flavorful. The Italian was packed full of meat and toppings. It was also very well seasoned. Half salad and soup. The salad is a full size in my opinion, and I am not mad about it! The clam chowder was thick, full of meat amd dis not lack in flavor. We will be ordering again. Capriotti's gained a new loyal regular customer.

Still the best sandwiches on the east coast. We have missed ordering from Caps since they shut down Stafford. I am so happy I came across Fredericksburg locale. If you're looking for a great sandwich, give Caps a try, you WON'T be disappointed. Matthew was awesome. Wish we could have him for all our deliveries..

Being raised in Delaware I remember going to the "original" Capriottis in Wilmington. My family were regular customers.
I know that with each franchise things change. I was happy to see a blast from my past when they opened. I have had some good subs from here;but this last order was disappointing. I ordered extra meat and seemed to barely have the regular amount, very little oil,barely any lettuce, sweet peppers and onions. Someone was not interested in making a signature Italian. Same goes for the Bobbi. I will order again;but hope that my next order is better.
