food was cold and soggy after waiting 20 minutes in the drive-thru, when you could have handed it to me when I was at the door. you also did not include the Fried Pickles, so I wasted money on that too. your phone line also doesn't work.

It's always good extra extra malt vinegar sauce would definitely order again and it's fresh and a great portion size.

The batter on the fish was raw. Like...it wasnt finished cooking and it was sticky. I think they put too much batter on it to cook through. Also, the fish tasted off flavored.
