This particular Captain D's is awesome!! Food always good- and they went ABOVE and beyond when I asked for extra golden nuggets of yum for my hubby (the extra bits of fried batter)

Horrible management and customr service they ignored my dasher and took a very long time to make my food. Which was a small simple order and still got it wrong. I got te Ultimate Seafood Platter with Crispy Crunchy Shrimp and only got one piece of fish 3 overcooked shrimp and one stuffd crab shell. was not 1 star because I atleast got the right sides.

The shrimp and hushpuppies were very good. I like the hush puppies crispier than most and these were well done. I was disappointed that I ordered a large diet pepsi (i am diabetic) and received a regular pepsi. icould not drink it so wasted 4 dollars I would order from them again.

Flavor wasnt bad, size is way different than look on camera along side the appearance but was also vv cheep

2 piece fish had a burnt taste, and covered in burnt crumbs. Definitely need to change the cooking oil. Fries were undercooked giving them a raw potato taste. Very disappointed.
