Fries were old and hard, coleslaw was brown, and I paid $4 for a tea that I did not receive. Flounder was fantastic though.

I Very rarely complain about a restaurant. I do not know if it was because the order was bought through Door Dash and Captain D's gave the worst they have because they weren't serving the customer directly and wouldn't get direct feedback. But I have never had a dinner as bad as that from Captain D's. The chicken literally tasted Horrible to the point I was afraid I would get food poisoning from the one bite I ate. the shrimp was okay. This was a supreme sampler. I'm pretty sure it only came with one hush puppy. The fish was edible but it was cold and it did have a bad taste like it had been sitting for a long time. I ate the shrimp, hush puppy, the okra and the potato. But it was a horrible meal and left a very sickening taste in my mouth. I haven't had a meal that bad in the restaurant or when I went to pick something up. But because of this meal, I do not plan to eat there ever again. It was an expensive dinner and most of it was inedible.

Ordered 4 pc fish only got 3 pc in each meal! I called and ask for sweet and sour sauce and tarter sauce and didn't receive any sauces at all!

Sometimes you just got to have a 5-Star meal out of styrofoam! And when that craving comes across you, you can't go wrong with the Captain! Always consistent, always.
