Food was fresh, hot and delicious. The chicken strips were perfectly crispy and they included lots of hot sauce and ranch sides which we love and they always use to forget lol. & I love that the meal comes with a soft dinner roll instead of a slice of bread now. Also their new cole slaw is really good!

Second time I ordered in this locations and the food here is horrible. I was ordering before from the location on Grand River in Detroit but this new locations sucks. The wings are dried and small and tasteless and even the sauce is not as good.

I don't understand the inconsistent way they cook here. The fish is undercooked and the Chicken is over cooked and super dry. Don't order the biscuits, always burnt. Will not order from here again. They use to be so good.

I was shorted 2 pieces of chicken a few weeks back. I was quickly given a refund for what was missing. The next week when I ordered they gave me two extra pieces if chicken! Thank you! I love this chicken.

Great portion size but food was bland. No salt/seasoning on fish and the chicken was very lightly seasoned.
