Now this is what I'm talkin' bout. Fresh. hot, and exactly what was ordered. Perfect crispy edged. Perfect sauce to ttopping ratio. And an Italian joint that still includes the essentials without having to be asked!!! Napkins, parmesan, and red pepper.Thank you!!!!!! This is exactly what i wanted today.

Carbone's has been my favorite pizza in the state since I was a child in Minnesota. The sauce is unique but delicious. I even get an extra sauce for when I make noodles at home! I like that customers can get a 1/2 and 1/2. I do have 1/2 cheese and half sausage. It is delicious!

I ordered knowing I'm a fan of other Carbones locations. I was both very impressed and slightly disappointed in the nostalgia department, but I would definitely go again! No fault of theirs that they're not exactly the same as the others and doing good things with it though.
The Whole Hot Hoagie was a little different than the other hoagies I've had, and I was really craving that flavor, but I think if it weren't for that, I would prefer this one. The bread seemed a little more filling, and tasted more like a sub bun than I'm used to, and I think the lettuce mix is a little nicer (I could have also been extremely hungry and imagining though after work).
I really liked their Chicken Alfredo Pasta . I thought the portion was decent for the price, and I can be stingy. No noodle was naked and there was TONS of parmesean on top. I'd say I felt like I got a bigger portion than I would from another location and could make 2 meals from it.

the Chicken Alfredo Pasta and pizza 10" Pizza Fries were good but the Italian Beef was sad. it is the smallest $11 sandwich I have ever had and it didn't even come with chips. It tastes fine but not worth the price.
