Both steaks cooked to perfection. We got one steak sauce and one blue cheese butter, so tasty. Spinach with garlic was wonderful .

Though delicous, one meatball for $16 is not something I would order online again. The thinly sliced watermelon pieces with a half piece of burrata on top was fine tasting, but also not delicious enough to purchase again for $19. Everything else was worth the money - bolognese, asparagus, spinach.

The Linguini with Clams came with 5 small dried out clams and the pasta itself was very dry. The sauce was not flavorful at all.

Pizza was great! Wedge Salad was definitely lacking for 14 bucks. also thought the NY Style Cheesecake would be a normal sized slice for 12 dollars...it is smaller than the to go container for the strawberry sauce lol. I'll just stick to pizza next time.

Very good food but im seeing the difference between nights you order your food. I ordered Wagyu Burger 2 nights in a row to see consistency and on Tuesday night absolutely out of the this world and Wednesday night the burger was charred on one side and the fries were just thrown in with the burger rathe than separate like the night before. The Prime Bolognese and the Side Meatball was fantastic which tells me like most high end Italian restaurants whoever was was working pasta station follows instructions to a Tee. I worked as a Sous chef for many years in several high end Italian restaurants and I can tell you this much your Rockstar lineups are Executive Chef/ Sous chef/Sous chef working Pasta/Sauté/Grill on Thursday/Friday/Saturday which gives you the consistency your looking for. So ask who is working what station on weekends so when you go on a weekday you know whats the best dishes to order that night. There will always be at least 1 usually 2 of the big 3 working but as I can attest tonight the same grill cook tonight was not the same as last night. I hope this helps people to not just rate based off 1 experience ALWAYS go your first time between Thursday-Saturday ask questions so your able to return and get that same amazing food you got the first time. This menu is beautifully written they use top tier fish & meats and would eat here 99/100 times that 1 time representing the whole point of this review.
