Food was nice and hot when it arrived, and modifications to burger was correct. Only gripe I have is slightly too much ketchup for my taste, but it's no reason to leave a bad review. If I find myself in the area again and want a burger, I'll easily buy from here again.

I am sooo torn about this review. The Hand-Breaded Chicken Sandwich was amazing! It was a five star for sure. Usually the 5 Piece - Hand-Breaded Chicken Tenders™ is amazing too, but tonight they were not so good. They were chewy and just not the quality I am used to. This is the first time I've had a complaint.

Burgers were dry, fries placed in the bag upside down, the menu required to select customization options I didnt want and then icouldnt leave special instructions to make sure they made it correctly. All that, and it took too long to make my order.

didnt send my drink even though receipt said I had a drink. last time I ordered thy messed up by giving me a half size burrito with missing ingredients
