I actually really love their shakes, but, this time I ordered 2 and one the ice cream wasn't mixed and the other one they forgot the ice cream. I would still give a second chance because I have had these before, but they gotta stay consistent with their shakes.

The Fried Zucchini was good except that it wa SO greasy, most of it's container, most of the napkins, & the bottom/side of the to go bag were totally greasy. That's the only thing I ordered, & the Fried Zucchini container was upright in the bag!

The bread was a hard on the edges. They never provide ketchup and there is no option for it either.

They gave me two breakfast bacon burgers instead of the double Western bacon burger but they were still good so no complaints here
