I haven't had Carlettes in while. I usually love the food. Unfortunately last night must've been a bad night. The whiting had no taste, the collards were so hot in flavor that my mouth was on fire. They weren't tender at all. I'm used to cooked down greens that melt in my mouth! The Mac and cheese just passed. What's going on there?

Greens Is Over Cooked and Unseasoned, I Ordered Yams They Sent Unseasoned String Beans , The Macaroni and Cheese Is The Beat Thing That Was Sent Today , I'm Disappointed Because I Never Had This Problem Before

Could smell the oil that the chicken was cooked in...... the mac was dry and did not taste fresh. The greens were really soft had no bite. I was disappointed. Usually it is really good.
