Cold french fries, no ketchup. (I marked ordering ketchup. Food was warm. Why are ff cold? Food tasted good. Sausage was spicy. (Not like I remembered.) I won't order that in the future. Don't mean to be negative. Taste: excellent. I just hate not having ketchup or napkins, hence 4. As much as it costs, that's a small request.

I loved the food, it filled me up, it seemed very fresh and I would definately order the Cali XL Combo again, I even loved my Coke Zero!

Really good, filling, good quality I just wish there was more pickles. I'd say I'd get it again if I was out.

I ordered the big Carl combo. When my burger arrived, it was only meat and cheese. No sauce, no lettuce, not tomato. Nothing. I was kind of disappointed but the burger itself was still good and the fries are always phenomenal.
