Western Bacon Chicken Sandwich : bacon limp and undercooked; onion rings limp and overly breaded; chicken patty was ok; cheese was not melted...totally strange. French fries were undercooked and limp.
I wonder how they stay in business.

Milkshake overflowing with whipped cream and melted, made a big mess. Sent incorrect size soda, ordered large received medium.
