This was unfortunately the worst meal from Carl's Jr. I have ever purchased. Normally the food is awesome but this time the quality was very poor. There was more bread than burger, the bread was soggy, the burger was so thin you could barely find it. I ordered a double cheeseburger and got a single. The fries were cold and greasy. It was very disappointing. Come on guys....step it up!

the burgers had no seasoning on the meat. no seasoning or flavor on the fried zucchini. all the food was cold.

my hamburger was to have swiss cheese not American. the extra patty was supposed to be on the side not on the burger it was to be my service dogs share. my onion rings were cold and my milk shake was melted and warm . it took more than 45 minutes more than I was told. and $32 for a hamburger onion rings and a milkshake is ridiculous.
