So mad, neither burger was freshly made even though one burger was a special request. The Single Western Bacon Cheeseburger® had been sitting premade for some time. Lacking Carls Jr quality and freshness. Will not order again.

Food was very hot and fresh. Have never had any issues with food from this restaurant unlike jack in the box or mcdonalds in Lincoln

Pretty good except I wish they'd stop tying the food into a plastic bag because it gets super soggy. Also, they rarely give you the dipping sauce you ask for. They don't give you the option to order it either.
